The office and practice is a bit outdated and kept to the bare minimum (No MAs or nurses that can answer questions over the phone or do weight checkups) But, Dr.Lavin is an amazing doctor. He takes his time and does a throughout evaluation. However, the new front office staff (rude and if they don't want to help patients they should work someplace else) and Dr. Hertzer bring the quality of this practice down (my experience with her below).
