Wasn't a very big fan of this last appointment with my kids... Everything was so scrambled and the hygienist seemed frazzled from the very beginning. My youngest was acting up but the hygienist came off like she never worked with kids before and was getting huffy. At the beginning of the appointment she made a comment about how if my daughter kept acting how she was, that they would gas her... to my child, not me. I recently brought my twins to their first dental appointment at the Harrisburg office. I knew it might be overwhelming for them, and being there alone with two nervous toddlers had me feeling anxious too. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. As expected, both kids became upset, but what surprised me most was the complete lack of reassurance or compassion from the staff. Absolutely Amazing. 10/10. Thank you all so much for a smooth and relaxing visit. My child can become a bit over stimulated & the staff handled it like Pro’s from the front door to our departure. Very clean, design & decor were great in every room and it was a comfortable atmosphere. Of course we will be returning!
