Horrible staff! Completely rude and condescending reception staff. Ridiculous policies (like not refilling med request from pharmacist cause they requested it for patients that have passed before). Even refusing to send childs info to new pediatric office. Unprofessional and worst doctor office I've interacted with.
Dr Longi is absolutely the most disrespectful pediatrician within the practice. He is the reason why I HATE going to the Lockport location and never will again . He has you waiting to be seen over an hour after your scheduled appointment. And he makes terrible jokes that are completely unacceptable. Great place! My kids have been going here since 2007. Dr. Longi is awesome and his team is just as awesome! Good doctors are getting harder to find. So make an appointment to see any of the doctors here and you’ll be glad you did. You can thank me later!🤒
All the staff specially the doctors are generously accommodating.
Took my son in for a last minute appointment at 3:15pm I waited till 4:15pm an hour later and everyone was being taken care of I canceled our future appointment to due how long the wait has been for the last 3 appointments we had. Very upsetting!
