After 15 years with this practice our main doctor retired and this practice is no longer a place I'd take my kids. My son was diagnosed with a major health condition, that tied with both children having mental health needs put us very thin financially in 2024. Instead of 1 working with us and 2 even talking accurate notes in our billing files they discharged us from the practice. They only want your money and have zero care of your children are healthy. They do not have same day appointments for sick child and told me to take my daughter to emergency room
Okay let’s start off saying i love this place! My kids can watch movies in the front and play until being called and there’s never a long wait! I’m always greeted with the warmest smiles. Dr. Kurtz and Dr. Hale are both amazing! Extremely helpful with any concerns I may have. The only issue I’ve had the past two visit with my baby girl were the shots. Do not go to the doctor Joy diamond. She basically forced many vaccines in one visit for my toddler. I’m almost sure these offices get paid or get bonuses for the percentage of patients that are vaccinated. Front desk is also very rude. The medical assistant that takes children back is also not very polite.
