My doctor had ordered an ultrasound for me so I began calling around to schedule it. I called an outpatient facility of one of the local hospitals and asked what my copay would be with Medicare. I was told that I would pay 20% of the cost. I asked 20% of what amount and was told that they couldn't say. What? They couldn't just tell me what the procedure costs so I would know how much my 20% would be? Apparently they don't have a set price. Who does business that way? I'm glad companies like Advance Patient Imagining exist. They are improving our healthcare system by providing an alternate option to the hospital for getting tests. I learned in my classes at UC that they have lower prices due to less overhead and efficient operations, while able to deliver quality services and better customer service. Advance Patient Imagining does this exactly! They gave us great customer service and we were seen right away. Will come back for any future imagine tests.
I wished there were more fairly priced medical facilities where I live.

Thank you to the team at Advanced Patient Imaging! It was my very 1st MRI and not only did I experience a friendly, informative staff who scheduled me right away, but I received my much needed results and Radiology Report in less than 2 hours after my exam was completed! Amazing! When I called ProScan they said it would take me 2 days to get on the schedule plus another day or 2 for my results! I essentially got on the schedule, had my scan and my results in 1 DAY with API! Dont waste your time with any other providers...oh ... read more
I took a friend there for her mri. Very nice staff. Met the owner he was very nice and friendly. They did a wonderful job with my friend. Great price also beats those hospital prices.
Scheduled my appointment so my doctor could receive the results prior to my appointment. Efficient. Caring. Helpful. On time. Well done imaging. I will use this facility for my future needs.
