I contacted Jose Rivera, owner of Advanced Paint Solutions, to paint the living room/kitchen and hallways of my condo. He quoted me $1500 for the job. I accepted his bid. He texted me a day later asking to see my place and I agreed. When he came to my condo, he asked if I could pay more. I told him we agreed on the $1500. He said OK, and would be over the following Monday to drop off equipment and he'll start painting on Tuesday and be done on Friday. Monday came and he didn't show up.
