Please, please, PLEASE find another provider! No privacy, have to see a PA (several different ones) for months before seeing a real doctor, many days of waiting and when or if an emergency comes up or a condition which needs immediate attention the best they can do is two or three weeks. I should have left the first time I went but kept hoping for a more directed level of care only to finally get disgusted and leave.
I would not recommend this office. I scheduled a consult appointment to discuss a nerve block but wasn't told at the time family members could not attend the appointment with me to talk with the provider because of their office setup and HIPPA regulations. This information was given to us by the "nurse" calling me back. She did so in front of the the other patients in the waiting room which I thought was very unprofessional and was very uncomfortable for my husband and I. He had met me at the office so he left.
