Today I have written reviews on all the sites I can to share my experience with Dr. Parks, and Advanced Pain. This review will explain why you should NOT let Dr. Parks perform any joint fusion on your body. Dr. Parks did help me for several years with pain management. My husband was seen today at this facility. They were very prompt in seeing us. The PA explained the procedure throughly. She took time to answer our questions. Explained how to give feedback within two hours of procedure. He is feeling better with his back. I think when you receive good service it should be recognized. Thank you for good customer service and a caring attitude for those in pain.

The staff is very friendly and very compassionate. Appointments are almost always on time. They always listen to your concerns and try to come up with the best plan for each individual. They helped me get an appointment with a surgeon who referred me to KU Med where I will have surgery in fall, but, they will keep me going until then. In this day and age, no one should suffer from pain if they don't have to. Dr. Parks is the one to see!
After my previous anesthesiologist retired suddenly, I was referred to Dr. Parks and his clinic for my thoracic epidurals. The staff went out of their way to get me an appointment quickly and everyone that I came in contact with, from the front door on, was wonderful! Kim jumped through hoops and managed to have me scheduled for an epidural within an hour of my initial consultation, which is above and beyond what I was expecting that day. Great and easy experience. The staff and Dr. Parks are very friendly. My treatment was painless and quick. Will definitely be using Dr. Parks again.
This hospital needs to improve their wait time. My mother was brought in at 2:10 pm to be asked five questions, then sat in the waiting room for two hours before her actual procedure took place. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the DOCTOR had her sit in a room full of people for two hours unnecessarily. Terrible time.
