My husband received excellent care for his back pain here. After our first visit, Valyn (MA) and Heather (NP) knew our names. My husband received two steroid shots in his back 2 weeks apart. He had immediate relief after each one, but it was short-lived. Later, on MRI, it was easy to see an extruded disc causing pressure on his nerve roots leaving him in 8/10 pain. Run don't walk! The left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing! HIs staff has NO idea whats going on & gives misleading information namely, Cam! They'll book you and cancel your appt hours prior to showing up. They are clearly so understaffed & you are just a number to them. Certainly, Dr. Dinger doesn't read his reviews or he'd clean house or maybe he's just desperate! I picked up my records today, and if you're smart you'll do the same. I'd give zero stars if I could. I had my first visit with Dr Dinger in his Schertz office. From calling to make an appointment and talking with Bailey, then calling to see if I could get in earlier, it was one pleasant surprise after another. Everyone in that office was not only very professional but they were kind, understanding. They “listened” to me and they heard me. Dr Dinger was very thorough and explained my MRI so I could understand what was going on in my back. He took the time which I certainly appreciate. Dr. Dinger, Heather and Lorraine were phenomenal!. I cannot believe how quickly my back pain was resolved. From my first visit to my last, my treatment plan was specifically geared to my specific pain. Although thinking about having back injections seems scary and nerve wrecking, the staff eased my anxiety, I am impressed with Dr. Dinger and thankful he took the time to make me feel heard/ A co-worker recommended me and I highly recommend APMR. Very professional kind staff and service.

Whoever handles billing needs to get it together. Absolutely unacceptable for support stuff to tell a patient they will not out owe anything out of pocket and bill them 4-5 months later multiple times. If you’re unsure of something, you, AS AN EMPLOYEE, should be checking with insurance and this is coming from someone who also works in the medical field.
