I saw Dr Dinger for a simple battery replacement on my Neuro Stimulator which should have only taken one month with all the paperwork that needed to be done. Because of negligence of the office staff it has taken 4 months in the meantime I have spent 90 percent on my time in bed in immense pain. I also went to Dr. Dingers office for pain management and it has taken them 3 1/2 months to even get me pain medications for some relief. Dr. Dinger's clinic has been busy after the Holidays however staff have always been Courteous and Helpful. Unlike some other places they respond to calls and messages. Overall my experience has been very positive with Dr. Dinger and his staff. I noticed a few reviews reporting communication delays etc. I personally have NOT had any bad experiences at all. I will add that medical clinics have ALL been very busy with more patients. As we see major upsets with Health Insurance and Prior Authorizations this will add significantl... read more
