Conway time in rude doctor
I am very grateful for my experience with Dr Nelson and his staff. My nurse Alex was extremely kind and helpful along with the Woman at the front desk and every other person I crossed paths with in the office. He did a thorough examination of my issues and previous exams, even used his personal cell phone to make a call and get me a referral into a place for a procedure he believed would be helpful. I even had a problem with the pharmacy having the medication he prescribed and they had no problem switching it into another ph... read more
I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Save your time, effort, and referral by NOT going here. I had been seeing Dr. Nelson for nearly a year, each time he walked into the room he never remembered me or what I was there for, he would walk in look at me for a minimum of 5 mins and ask if had depression or anxiety, with no genuine care of understanding his patient or the pain. You can tell he hates his job by how he treats his patients. Not sure how he even has a medical license.. Also he screamed at me throwing his pen ove... read more
I have been going to dr Nelson for years. He is great. But the 2 PA,s are horrible. I wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy. Very very hateful people
