It is unbelievable. This is the second time I’ve been given an appointment for a specific time, only to end up waiting for over two hours—and ultimately, I just go back home. They fail to take into account that we also have to arrange transportation to get to their office, and that we lose an entire day—or even more—especially if we are currently working. My experience here has been fantastic. They've been very patient with my anxiety issues and the staff/docs are great with helping you deal with anxiety during procedures. They get it done quick. Reception is also high quality. It's true that some days the wait is long, but I personally think it's worth it. I see people leaving one star reviews for a place that takes Medicare like they expected a 5-Star massage parlour treatment and it infuriates me. Been trying to get a hold of them and they never answer or return voicemails. My lawyer got a referral to this place and can’t contact them. Very trash company.
