How can you not have an afternoon appointment they state in the office that there’s only appointments in the morning what kind of doctor is that People have to work
Dr pizel is not a bad doctor, but having to pay to go to a surgical center for procedures is an unnecessary expense. Long waits in the office and only a few minutes with the doctor is disrespectful of my time. Often visits were scheduled and either the doctor was not there due to scheduled time off or had not been put into the system correctly. The clinic does not seem to be well run.
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for about 9months now and he and Keisha both work very hard to help me with my pain management. Even right now I'm having issues and I know that I will be able to talk to someone tomorrow and someone will help me. They genuinely care about you getting better, not getting hooked on pain medicine. It's inevitable sometimes but they help you every step of the way. I won't have another pain specialist in my life knowing that I have a disease that will effect me until the day I die.
Extremely rude office manager decided to give us a 15 min lecture on it apparently being our fault we got stuck behind a train and rescheduled our 11am app that we showed up for at 11am. I understand the need to be there early and didn't even have a problem rescheduling but grinding on about us being late over a train that we supposedly have control over was exceptionally rude. And if you know the Dr. only has so much time to be in the office and is leaving at 11:30 why would you even approve an app that is going to go over ... read more
