Was long time patient, but was treated very unkindly by staff. The waits were over 2 hours for visits and procedures. Money seemed to be the main consideration. Lots of grumbling by other patients in the waiting room. Many times did not fill out the Rx form right and I had to return to have it corrected. Came in early to suit them on a number of occasions and still made to wait over 2 hours. Dr would wander in and out of surgical suite while patients waiting for long periods.
