The first doctor to finally help me get some relief, was recommended to me by my neurosurgeon and I will be forever grateful.
I agreed with last reviewer that Dr Azzam is good but staff really need a lot of improvement.
Dr. Azzam and his assistant Anna are awful! If you can find literally anyone else, do it! They have what they want to do, and don’t listen to anything you have to say as the patient. My interaction with them had no aspect of shared decision making. They didn’t listen to my story, or anything about my pain management in the past. This review is about Dr. Azzam not the staff that does sometimes struggle with returning calls as others have mentioned. I simply won't change doctors over that (its not that hard to call one location if you can't get through at the other), because Dr. Azzam is extremely good at what he does. Most doctors won't mess with SI treatments related to lower back pain because there isn't a lot of money in it. When I saw a previous pain doctor for my back, he never recommended treating the SI, and so I had to repeat ablations and in... read more
