I had felt with this clinic last year while I was admitted for a fistula surgery had issues getting my medication when I got discharged my insurance reached out to them then and the clinic staff was super rude to them . Horrible at communicating. Don't waste your time with this office.
The first doctor to finally help me get some relief, was recommended to me by my neurosurgeon and I will be forever grateful.
I agreed with last reviewer that Dr Azzam is good but staff really need a lot of improvement.
Dr. Azzam and his assistant Anna are awful! If you can find literally anyone else, do it! They have what they want to do, and don’t listen to anything you have to say as the patient. My interaction with them had no aspect of shared decision making. They didn’t listen to my story, or anything about my pain management in the past.
