Karen Wayda: the reason is, she puts her personal opinion of a patient in patients charts, as a senior disabled person whom she had a total 15 minute conversation; she put derogatory, insulting , and demeaning adjectives in my chart! She is uncaring, untruthful, and unprofessional! Asking HR to step in at this place does nothing but get you kicked to the curb!
