The staff of this office are in my experience some of the kindest health care professionals I have come across in a long, long time. Courteous and professional. Very helpful. They may not be able to fix all your problems, but they certainly try. Everything has been explained clearly while treating me with dignity and respect.

Dr.Tiwari and his NPs did not treat me badly, they were overall kind. Samantha was the best one. Most of the time I felt like no one truly listened to me. I felt like I was just another patient on a conveyor belt and they were going through the motions. Dr.Tiwari did not review my MRI pictures, he simply read the radiologist report and went from there. Dr Trivedi and his staff are very professional. I’ve had quite a great response with the procedures for my back pain. They are always there to help get me in when I’m having pain issues. Very good physician, Np’s, Pa’s.

My first visit and they scheduled me for 12:00 pm. I got there at 12 and their lunch period is 12-1. I sat waiting for over an hour. They had me fill out some forms and then directly asked me the same questions again!
