I came as new patient after 6 yrs with other dr. They threw me so many hoops to "becoming patient" B/c wait on "drug test being 7/10 days wait, I ran out of pain meds. Doctor shared own pain problems has more pain than me. Called me a criminal and pill shopper over 4 months & 29pills, then didn't follow thru on continued care, with held meds, disaster dr.
This is a well run office that is efficient Good communication all the way through the patient process from intake to the time with the doctor. Dr. Broadnax was friendly and had a good bedside manner. He was easy to understand. Melissa his nurse was awesome. I felt like i wanted to socialize with her she was so friendly! Now, I just hope we can get my pain managed! :)
I’ve been seeing this pain management doctor for more than five years, and I can’t say enough good things. They listen, they care, and they’ve helped me navigate some really tough stretches. The staff is wonderful—always welcoming, responsive, and on top of things. I feel genuinely supported every time I walk in.
I truly LOVE Advanced Pain Institute of Texas!! I will never go anywhere else put there for my back & neck issues. I've been going there for at least 6-7 years. Dr. Anderson is so amazing!! He's so caring and kind. It's not an act, it's who he is. He's a Godsent. The staff are so very awesome too. The first face you see makes all the difference in the world when you're hurting. I’ve had several medical procedures with Dr. Broadnax within the last several months, and he did an outstanding job!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He was also a very good listener, and I never felt rushed. Also, his staff was very customer service oriented, professional, and responsive. Dr. Broadnax really helped improved the quality of my life, and I highly recommend him!!
