RecommendedDr. Broadnax and his PA Riley have really taken over and brainstormed a new plan for my pain management and chronic pain of 5 years being mismanaged. Virtual visits are always on time and professional. Highly recommended.

The staff at API are incredible. Always smiling, and genuinely concerned for their patients well being. In most settings, doctors seem uptight, but Dr Broadnax & Dr Anderson are quite the opposite! They are laidback and funny, all while being completely professional! After 2 decades in pain, I have finally found relief & not just medication to mask it ! Thanks API!!

Not a great experience. I canceled my whole appointment and will see a facility with more caring staff. I Waited a week and a half for an online appointment.. ( how can you even do a pain management appointment accurately online) then to be told it has to be rescheduled because I missed some paperwork online.. why does the entire appointment have to be rescheduled.. The front desk was rude and unhelpful, and for pain management facility they seem to not care at all what kind of pain you’re in.

Love the staff and Dr Anderson . I hated when my Dr of many many years said I would have to go to a pain Dr . I am not one for change . I was scared and reluctant to go , to explain my issues and to trust . From the beginning of making my appointment Lisa was very friendly, made me feel like I was welcomed . I’m sure Dr Anderson thought I was his most difficult patient but he had patience with me and explained each of my concerns in a friendly manner and was willing to let me enter into the procedures as I felt comfortable. ... read more
Doctors really care about their patients and the staff is wonderful!!
I take my mom here and I love the staff and the doctors. Dr Broadnax is the best. Not only do they listen they understand what’s going on with her. They hear her concerns and made a treatment plan that works best for her. The whole office has an atmosphere of friendly and welcoming. Just a great place to get care. I have recommended this place to several people already.
