Dr. Kraft and his office staff are outstanding professionals. They are always considerate and pleasant. Most recently, Dr. Kraft and his staff helped me tremendously. They went “above and beyond” to help me with the ongoing intermittent shortage of opioids. The Walgreens Chief Pharmacist unexpectedly did not receive his weekly shipment of 10 mg. Typical Dr. office entitled and inconsiderate of their patients time. Schedule an appointment and wait an hour to see the Dr. you have options and I would highly recommend exploring them before walking into any office read the reviews. This office has a 2/5 stars, hmmm I wonder why! What a shame!
RUDE!!! Last year I got in a car accident they never even called me back til like 4 months later for my apt. This time they keep rescheduling and or canceling my apts! They said they prescribed my steroids' 3 times as of yesterday CVS still had nothing! The girls in the office the older one I think her name is Angie hung up on me and when i called her back they didn't answer. My attorney said they been getting some complaint about this office... there def going to lose some business.
