I went to the office on 7/11/24, I set there for an 1.5 hours only for them to tell me my insurance wasn't in network. I felt like they should have check my insurance when I arrived or when I made me my appointment. My pain level was a 6 when I set there all that time it became an 8. I thought this was so unprofessional an uncaring.
