A pain center that has over stepped the cdc guidelines with punishing zealotry. Dont go here,you'll regret it. Apc- the guidelines didnt include half of your policies(pic) and were voluntary,and appoied voluntarily,to primary providers,on new patients. You shud be shut down for pt harm.

Never had any issues at all. Staff where very nice and loved the doctor!
Horrible staff, filthy. Terrible place to work they eliminated my position day 89 into my 90 day probationary period.
Never been just wanted to be able to let yall know this place is no longer here. The building is completely gone. Mercy bought the property so they could use for parking lot for the new cancer center that is being built there.
