I have never been treated by Mark Malone. I have only been seen by Dr. Le. I didn't go far back when looking at my insurance pages, but I am seeing multiple claims sent to my insurance company for this person, Mark Malone, that I have never seen. The doctor I did see, Dr. Le, said that I needed to be checked into a hospital every 3 months so that I can be sedated and be given injections into my neck. I've been coming to Advanced Pain Care for about a year now, and the service/treatment I've received there has been incredible. I am so thankful to Dr Le and his staff, with a special shootout to Isuri, who has always been helpful. Even when I've, at times, been high-maintenance, she has made me feel like I'm the most important patient there. Having chronic pain sucks, it's made significantly more manageable when you've got good people helping you out.
I’ve been a patient at Advanced Pain Care for several years, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. I opted to get a spinal cord stimulator implant, and Isuri N. at the North Lamar location has been my clinical navigator throughout the process.
