i was treated like a little child. they didnt bother explaining very much about medications. but when i asked for pain medication they said what you are in that much pain. i am in more pain now than when i had back surgery. no more pain medication they have labeled me a drug addict. i am not. no more pain medication for life. never ever use them. they are all about the money. they dont care about you just get the next one in.

NEED TO SURE GET YOU ANOTHER PAIN CLINIC FOLKS-BIGGEST PART OF THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT-MOVED A BONE SURGERY FROM TEMPLE TO WACO WHERE THEY COULD TAKE OVER POST SURGERY-IVE HAD SURGERY FEW YEARS BACK AND OVER WEEKEND HAD PAIN LEVELS WHERE HAD TO GO TO ER--WACO ADVANCE PAIN WERE WELL AWARE OF THIS AND SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME-SO 10 MINUTES OUT OF SURGERY THEY PERSCRIBED A CHILD DOSE 10 MG CLASS 3 AND DID SO AT MY HOME DRUG STORE-WIFE HAD TO DRIVE 150 MILES ROUND TRIP--IM LONG TIME OPIATE USER FOR CHRONIC PAIN-THEY ... read more

I was in their office for a concertation with a Specialist for a 2nd opinion of my ongoing back pain. I never saw the actual Neurosurgeon to which I was disappointed but did see the PA. My complaint is Not providing Robes for patients for X-Rays. along with no follow-up for proposed treatments. The robe thing was usual and Customary for the office. according to the X-ray Tech. If you are looking for an office that returns phone calls or provides great patient care I would look elsewhere. My husband scheduled his surgery 2 months in advance. I called multiple times and left messages to go over Financials and we finally received a text message about our portion due on Friday at 5:00 pm 3 days before his surgery. With multiple calls and emails I never received a call back. We were told services must be paid in full at the time of check in. Worst pain management company, if you can even call it that. Dr. ye is very inexperienced and just passed me off to a nurse that had no clue what she was doing. Thank God I found another pain specialist, an actual doctor that is very knowledgeable and cares about my well being. Do not come here if you are in pain and looking for pain management
