I was in their office for a concertation with a Specialist for a 2nd opinion of my ongoing back pain. I never saw the actual Neurosurgeon to which I was disappointed but did see the PA. My complaint is Not providing Robes for patients for X-Rays. along with no follow-up for proposed treatments. The robe thing was usual and Customary for the office. according to the X-ray Tech.
