Rented a tiny cabin at a facility for approximately 8 months through this trashy company before they got bad out and they still owe me a deposit back but of course don't want to pay it I wouldn't say I'm surprised and I wouldn't recommend anybody going through this shitty company!
The team at Advanced Outdoor Solutions is not only knowledgeable but committed to providing great outdoor management services. Their portfolio of clients have achieved success which reflects AOS' high standards for working with their properties to ensure a positive guest experience. I would recommend AOS to any campground as they provide a variety of services that can help achieve your business goals.
Properties they managed on East coast are understaffed. Reputation amongst workcampers is driving some of this. When district manager tries to post on Facebook for openings, many people are reacting negatively about the work environment. The company response may be why so many people leave "in unfavorable ways." Its a pattern worth noting if you're looking for work.
Bad people. Do not pay employees.
