I had made a few phone calls to no avail and just stopped in without an appointment. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet (I can’t remember her name correctly, maybe Shalonda??). She wasn’t frustrated at me just walking in and engaged me in conversation while collecting info. I also spoke with Sam on the phone the door before who helped me. Then they got me in and Brent listened and gave me advice and fixed the problem to the best of his ability. They all really went out of their way! I would highly recommend them. ... read more
