I have Been going there for years and in my opinion is the best PT facility around.They are professional all the time and friendly and helpful . Mark has helped me over the years with recovery from knee surgery and shoulder problems and most recently strengthening my other knee to get it ready for surgery . I highly recommend AOST for what ever ails you. I will definitely return after my knee surgery. 👍👍👍Aplus

the staff is very friendly I went before & after surgery and highly recommend them. I worked with Matt and couldn't of been in better hands was there during covid 19 did phone visit with Matt till office opened again if ever need again he will be first call

The professionals at AO&S have been instrumental in my recovery from surgery. I had only one visit in March 2020 then the world shut down. Thru Telehealth and their ample accessibility for calls, I was able to progress such that when we could meet in person, my recovery continued seamlessly. They listen to your concerns, develop exercises easily transferable to a home setting, and best of all - are extremely encouraging. You will not regret selecting AO&S for you or a family member’s physical therapy.

Individual attention to my shoulder pain and ability to see the same therapist at each visit. Also exercises specifically tailored to resolving my restricted mobility helped to quickly lessen my pain with every day activities and led to rapid improvement. Starting out, I was sure I was going to need surgery and am very pleased that’s not going to be the case. I highly recommend Advance Orthopedic & Sports Therapy.
