What an unprofessional and inconsiderate place. Every time I go there I’m waiting 30+ minutes even when the entire place is empty, no patients in the waiting room but today was the worst. They made me a 945 appointment and when I walked in they told me the doctor doesn’t even show up till 10 and I still sat there till 10:30 and he still didn’t show up no consideration for anyone’s time. Shameless!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this office to request the name of the doctor responsible for a surgery on my boyfriend’s left shoulder, which resulted in serious complications. Instead of helping, Mal — the staff member who answered — was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me the doctor’s name, refused to provide the office address, and then hung up on me mid-conversation after telling me to “get off the phone.” This is not just poor customer service — this is gross negligence and a complet... read more
