Very nice efficient and professional.
Dr. Roberts is very professional, listens, and treated my problem. The only thing I didn’t like was the office policy of keeping a card on file. The alternative was paying a $150 deposit. It’s enough that for me I would consider going elsewhere. If I haven’t missed a bill, I shouldn’t be required to do that. HSA cards vary in balance; I need the option of not using it if necessary. And w all the cyber crime happening, I prefer not to have any payment option saved anyway. Amazon doesn’t even have my card on file.
