The waiting time ! I was waiting 45 mins. Before I got called in, then I waited another hour in this small exam room that was very hot. I got very inpatient and left. I think that is very unprofessional! They could of came in and said doctor is running behind will be in shortly . Are time is just as important . If you make an appointment time then you should always be on time. That goes for the doctor as well. Everyone from the reception, to x-ray tech to the PA were very nice and explained everything.
Dr. Nick Liu is the best Orthopedic Sugeon i have met. I have dealt with a lot of different ones in my life, and he is the best there is.
