Had a pair of custom insoles made, Jim was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate about helpful things to look for in footwear. The insoles are 3D printed in house which is super nice as other places have a lengthy waiting period. Insoles were trimmed to fit my work boots perfectly! Highly recommended to anyone looking for insoles, especially if you’re in work boots for 12 hours a day. This is the second pair I’ve had made and they well outlasted my old work boots. Great product.
Started seeing Ken years ago. Jim took over and he is wonderful. Always smiling, and always happy. My custom orthotic inserts always are a great fit and comfortable. I just had a new pair made, and my old pair relined. Thanks Jim! Im never going anywhere else to buy my inserts!
Friendly staff, very helpful. Jim found exactly where my foot pain was and was willing to try a few things to make my orthotic fit properly. Was also willing to do an adjustment for me. I appreciated that! The great thing about this location is that they make the orthotics on site within an hour. You can take them home with you that day. Many podiatry clinics send their orthotics out to be made elsewhere, so you can't easily get a size/fit adjustment if needed.
Jim was very professional and helpful. The orthotics he made for my shoes fit very well.
