They were so wonderful. They took the time to explain everything to me. How the orthotics works how they will grow with my daughter all the mechanics of it all. I really appreciated them taking the time to answer every question I had. They are also very timely. I was able to get appointment within the week instead other places that made us wait over a month.
Reggie at the Judson location is so gifted at helping kids and making them comfortable with getting casts made and fitting orthotics/SMOs/etc.. The customer service is excellent, and they actually care about their customers. When our two week old orthotics were stolen, the owner of the company worked with us to allow purchase of a second pair at an affordable, non-insurance covered rate. This allowed us to continue treating our son's issue without too long of a pause, which allowed progress to continue instead of stall.
I have been coming to AOD for all my prosthetics needs for years! Reggie and the staff are the best in San Antonio! Extremely talented and truly care about their patients. I have never received a bad prosthesis and they always fit perfectly.
