Professional and knowledgeable! Dr Zornitzer and his staff were wonderful.
He told me I needed surgery or would have a frozen shoulder. told him I would need an aide for the first 6 weeks when dominant arm was in a sling and he said "we don't do that for this surgery"..no individual needs considered...nothing. that was the extent of our meeting. I started doing research and the operation is not always successful and can have negative outcome worse than my issue and lots of other disturbing data.
