So I have to redo my review because unfortunately I used Siri after my shoulder replacement because my right side was the one that was replaced, and that was also my dominant riding hand Siri Didn’t do the review any favors. Be Aware, Very Dishonest!! Should be investigated as I am sure they are taking advantage of all their patients (especially cash pay patients)! We were a cash pay patient and paid upfront for a new patient office visit. We were told upfront that the total charges for the office would be $290 which we were fine with and immediately paid. Before leaving the office (no additional services were provided), we stopped by the checkout desk which they assured us that we were paid in full. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and provide excellent care. However, the receptionist, Barbara, has made my visits less pleasant. She often comes across as rude and impatient, and it feels as though she dislikes her job. In a role that is the first point of contact for patients, kindness and professionalism are important, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience with her
What a great experience! Quick and easy. Pleasant staff. Great service. Personable surgeon. Highly recommend! Thank you for taking good care of my mom.
