I had a great experience with Dr Vial at Advanced Orthopaedics. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was warm and welcoming. Dr Vial was extremely attentive and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. I never felt rushed and he answered all of my questions. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr Vial and his team.
Dr He is so nice, she knows her stuff. To b clear she is not an orthopedic dr. But, she takes her time, explaining everything & seems to care.
Too bad I can’t speak on a doctor just yet. I’ve been running in circles with the staff for almost two weeks. This is a workers comp case so they take there time. My adjuster has sent in everything plus more that they have requested. And they still keep saying they are processing everything. Extremely rude as well, lady told me I don’t have to keep calling that they will call me. Tried to tell me they are waiting on the adjuster not knowing the adjuster had already confirmed with me. I am very disappointed I was A patient with Drew Feshenfeld he is an amazing doctor. He did my first knee surgery back in 2021. I took a fall on June 1 right after the fall the knee started to swell and pain consistent every day. I have employer direct lantern insurance it's through my employer it pays deductibles copayments coinsurance Basically, the out-of-pocket expense that is not covered by the health insurance this office accepts that I was referred to them by l Lantern itself.
