I work 60 hours a week and have 4 kids to take care of as well as an aging mother. I forgot my medical spending card the day of my appointment after taking time off work. They were unwilling to allow me to call in the payment when I got home. Even after explaining the excruciating pain I was in and how difficult it was to even get an appointment in. I offered to show the available balance on my medical spending card. Doctors take an oath "First do no harm". The rigidity of this office is disgusting. Don't give them business.

COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS ALL AROUND. This office staff did not communicate effectively with radiology, or physical therapy, or us. Radiology called several times to get contrast orders, never got a response, and canceled a scan because of it. The office blamed the radiology place. They did not get the weight bearing status to the physical therapist after several requests. They blamed the physical therapist.
