First went to the office on January 8 requesting hyluranic acid shots for my knee. Insurance approved the shots and the specific medication. Insurance only needed Advanced Orthopedics to send them the order and sign the pre authorization. A few weeks went by. I am waiting to get my mother scheduled for a hip replacement, and they will not answer the phone. Showed up at 2pm on Friday and the doors were locked, even though online said 5pm close of business. What kind of office are you running?

Very professional people. Only down side is they randomly close the office without notice. Tried 3 different week days to pick up paperwork and they are randomly closed.
