When the employee who schedules appointments uses the word Retarded when speaking to a patient, I have lost any respect I have for this place. Very unprofessional and I believe everyone there should take an ethics class. When you work with the public, professionalism should be your uniform. This place displays casual Friday attire.

I have been in the waiting room since 11:45 for an 11:50 appointment. It has been an hour and all that has been done is my blood pressure has been taken. I have been told there is no way to know how long will be until I get my "quality time" with the Doc. My experience has been less than acceptable. Live and learn- the hard way.
Good experience with a new surgeon despite my prognosis. I'm leaning toward working with Dr. Hogan. He was all that I expected.
