This is not a health care company, it is a corporate business that engages abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices. They treat patients like consumers on an assembly line. Not only do they violate the oath to DO NO HARM, but they clearly prioritize their bottom line $$$ over patient care! They are currently under investigation by multiple consumer and patient protection groups. DO NOT TRUST them with your healthcare or your credit card number. SCAM!
The billing department completely botched one of our payments. We were attempting to contact the practice immediately when our payment wasn’t posted. They are extremely incommunicative and difficult to get someone on the phone. Then it’s threatening to take is to court when we’ve been jnable to talk to someone to make a correct payment. Incompetence with our money and credit all while we we’re trying to fix it!!! Terrible experience …
I had surgery recently on my hand for carpal tunnel and also trigger finger release. Every single person I came in contact with the day of my surgery were very professional and amazing. I was extremely nervous for my surgery, but they made sure to help ease my nerves and get my blood pressure down before surgery. They made sure that I did not feel pain during surgery or after.
