I have used AOA extensively since 2013, my first shoulder replacement. Since then another shoulder, 2 knees, nails removed and femur break surgery. Exceptional surgeons across the board with exceptional results.
Waited an hour before I was called back, another 30 minutes in the room. Even though the appointment was with the doctor, the PA was the one that did the appointment. After complaining I was told that the PA could get Enns to see me as he was right outside the door. At that point it didn’t matter so I left. The PA tried to blame the time issue on them only being open three weeks, but that’s a lazy excuse.
I had a Great experience! Dr Lais was thorough, gentle and explained everything well. Very Satisfied! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
Dr. Lais and his staff are remarkably good. I had to get X-rays first and then go to my appointment. Dr Lais made sure I was aware of any and all questions I had. The hour and forty five minute drive was well worth it.
