I would give zero stars if I could. I went in with a clear spine issue and expected real solutions, possibly surgery, so I wouldn’t have to keep living in pain. Instead, the only option offered was an epidural injection. This injection carries serious risks — including permanent nerve damage, loss of movement in a leg, or even paralysis (paraplegia) — and yet it was presented as the only path forward.
