The Dr. himself is very knowledgeable, BUT the customer service is terrible!! It’s a challenge to even get your current prescription from them so that you can go elsewhere. I tried multiple times to buy a very expensive pair of frames and once again they won’t even let me do that let alone let me buy contacts!! Needless to say this is even after getting a brand new eye exam and prescription. I do NOT recommend this vision center at all! 😡
RecommendedOur family has been with Dr. Melicher for over 10 years, and I cannot say enough good things about him and his office. My kids all love going, and he has been extremely accommodating for special needs and learning disabilities. He is friendly and pleasant, and he is honest about what we need or don't need. He is a huge asset to the community, and a blessing to our family.

I just have to say what a marvelous job that Dr Jeff and his entire staff do! I've been a loyal customer for years and cannot imagine having my eyes examined or purchasing my eyewear anywhere else. Always excellent service with a smile!!
