I waited for more than 2 hours and only 10 minutes to see the doctor in a small crowded place. They said it is because of new system came in, but it should have been improved so as not to wait for the patient as much as possible by checking and preparing in advance at this dangerous Covid 19 period. No wonder I got Covid Alert on the way to the doctor's office on the map.
Dr. Yoon and staff are very professional and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me adequate time for any questions I had. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend this Ophthalmology practice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Yoon's for 5 years. My confidence in Dr. Yoon is so high that when my grandfather asked me who I recommend for an eye doctor, I did not hesitate to give him Dr. Yoon's number. My grandfather ended up needing cataract surgery. Dr. Yoon did the surgery and my grandfather is astonished by the outcome and very happy with Dr. Yoon's care and professionalism.
Dr Yoon has been my doctor for 10 years. He is an awesome doctor, always thorough and takes his time to explain everything.
