Great Experience. Analisa (front desk) was great and the MRI tech (Trevor) was polite and supportive of my claustrophobia and anxiety. Highly recommend!
All I can say is AMAZING !! Best open unit in Tucson by far!
Amazing!!!! The girls in the office always go above and beyond when helping me ! Having an MRI can be quite scary but the ladies up front along with their tech Trevor are amazing at putting your mind at easy and helping you feel as comfortable as possible while doing a scan that isn’t comfortable at all. I will always recommend Advanced open mri to my friend, family and colleagues for any imaging needs they may have and it’s all because of how kind and caring Mayra, Trevor and Analisa are!
I would give is a zero star if I could. The Technician is wonderful. It takes too long to get reports from the radiologist. Never had this problem with Open MRI -- radiology reports always within a few days. Advanced doesn't follow that same policy. Broke all speed limits getting to my orthopedic surgeon appointment today only to find out that the radiologist from Advanced has still not sent a report from Dec. 26. Today is Jan 9. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! They go above and beyond. When my doctor's staff messed up my husband's MRI referral, Myra took over and got it pre-approved. She called us to set up the appointment and the MRI was done before our doctor's office even contacted him to let him know it was approved. When we were there the staff was absolutely wonderful!
