I finally called Rich, owner of advanced office systems for help with my computer after dealing with Staples for the last year. He sent a service tech, Mike, who arrived on time, was so user friendly for me, got my printer, my ipad and computer all working properly for me and set all my user friendly icons, got rid of all the garbage, viruses, etc. He also was able to fix my sound system throughout the studio and all this in one hour.
