Billing department in this office is horrible. They continue to bill me for cot code that is no longer covered by the health plan. And top of that, they want to bill me. Please do not come to this office to be seen. I am really surprised What they have doing. And please make sure not to discuss anything different than ob/gyn if not they will also bill you for that. Smh. The disappointment is real.
Glad to hear they're closing all the doctors i saw never cared for one as a patient and concerns were always brushed off
I went here for my 1st pregnancy and all the doctors and staff was fantastic! Are you guys still doing OBGYN there? Id love to come back
Dr Hanubal is a very kind and caring man. He thoroughly explains everything and makes you feel comfortable about the visit. I would highly recommend him. As far as the office staff, everyone was nice...but I had minimal contact....I didn't have phone call , billing or medical record issues....From reading other reviews, I hope those issues have been rectified....I am thoroughly pleased with the care and service of this office.
