called to make appointment , told there was issue with my insurance even though i’ve been there and there hasn’t been. They canceled my appointment and told me “i’m not going to argue with you on billing” when all i questioned was being there previously with same exact insurance this same year. yeah, no thanks for an office that speaks to patients like this (just switched a year ago so i’m still new) extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable to be talked to like this
They refused to give me any other appointment other than 2pm Monday through Thursday. I work(like most people do) and will not take off for annual doctors appointment. I am available at an array of different times throughout the week but they refused to me give any other time but 2pm.
I love Dr Belkina and the staff at advanced obstetrics, they were with me through my pregnancy, she delivered my baby safely, listened to any concerns I had and has been a great cheerleader. Highly recommend
Went there this morning, gave new insurance card that showed on my end in network to be told ...sorry we don't take this insurance. And dismissed us! Appointment was for an established patient, my teenaged daughter that has female issues for several years. Staff wouldn't ask Dr. Belkina for a recommendation to treat my daughter's situation.
