I’m not one to write reviews but this office is just too good not to. I am currently coming to the end of my first trimester and have had what we believe were chemical pregnancies in the past so from the beginning I was really wanting to cover all my bases and was able to come in for lab work immediately (Also I absolutely love the woman who does the lab work she’s a gem) and was so thankful that they wanted to continue to watch my levels rise and then when we had some spotting they brought me in the same day for an ultrasou... read more
Would not recommend this place if you have any sort of time-sensitive procedure that needs to be done. My provider referred me here because of an urgent colposcopy that needs to happen (biopsy for cervical cancer) and their front desk / scheduler stated that new patients can’t be seen until July, no matter what your “circumstances” are. Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy or care from the front desk of this office. After scrolling down to some of the reviews, this seems like a common theme.
Tried to schedule an appointment because I learned over the weekend I need a biopsy for some mysterious issue that the ER doctor didn't want to touch. Was told new patients need to wait 4 months to be seen. I asked the receptionist if they'd try to work me in sooner because, if it is cancer, it's probably not safe to wait that long. She just repeated the new patient appointment scheduling policy. They might as well replace the front desk staff with AI because ChatGPT can at least be programmed to respond with feigned compass... read more
Love the people and the atmosphere. I will only see Dr. McIntosh. I will always go here although I do wish that there were better communication sometimes, between the nurses and the doctor and the front desk. Had a few situations that better communication could have prevented. Nothing major enough to make me stop going there though. Love them!
Dr. Davis delivered my baby while she was on call thanksgiving day, and I can honestly cannot thank her enough for the empathy and care she showed that day along with the nursing staff at Crestwood. The level of care that night was bar none! Thank so much!
