I was treated with contempt when I asked to be billed for my copay and pay it 2 days later on payday. I explained to the staff that I took leave off of work and wasted my time coming to my appointment today. They were unwilling to accommodate me at all!!! If you’re looking for an office with decency and understanding, don’t go here!!!
I am surprised anyone feels comfortable being seen by this office considering the fact that their walls are incredibly thin and some of the workers can be heard discussing patient names and medical information from across the office. HIPAA who? This has been a problem I noticed when I first came in but my recent visit took this too far. I heard an entire conversation about another patient’s private issues right from in my room, and was absolutely mortified. That’s a no for me. Love it here! Staff is wonderful and the nurse practitioners are great! Dr. McIntosh is awesome!
