My experience was above and beyond what I could ever hope for. I was leery from the reviews, however I was given a personal recommendation from my friend at the country club. It is in my opinion that the negative reviews are more than likely from people trying to defame the character of the company. My mother's care was much more than I expected and sat with her and got to know her. I will say one thing, I consider this caretaker a part of our family now.
We have used this service for the past week and it has been terrible! I've been in and out of the hospital (I'm 34 years old) and my mother has Parkinson's (69 years old). The first incident that occurred was one of the nurses Krystal who was supposed to watching my baby, feel asleep on the floor of our basement and my 9 month old baby climbed the stairs by himself.
