I’ve been working with Tiana Walker. Her customer service is superb! Her patience and understanding of the client is more than helpful. Is calming. She is thorough in finding the right person for my mother and her needs. She also informative in noticing the details and differences in my mother’s health plan. All your employees can take a lesson from her in all areas. She get a A++. However because others in the office are not conscientious I did not give 5*’s. But am grateful for Ms Walker
