Dr. Abtin operated on my 16 year old son and our experience was positive from start to finish. Dr. Abtin was thorough, explained the recommended procedure as well as what to expect before, during and after surgery. Six months after surgery my son has full mobility and is working out again. I highly recommend Dr. Abtin and his staff.
Man this guy is a joke . wouldnt take the time to explain what needed to happen next. Refused to listen to my questions and walked out when I asked to record his short but complacated response so I could refer to it later. Do yourself a favor and find someone who is actually willing to do there job.
Although I was considered a pretty routine surgery I was miserable and afraid. I have had previous trauma surgery but was terrified to have neurosurgery and had lost most of the use of my left leg and was in excruciating pain. Dr Abtin was to the point and efficient. I was completely informed of my surgical and non surgical options with compassion and kindness. Every interaction I had with staff was reassuring and thorough including office staff.
