I like that the Doctor ( staff) were fully engaged in listening to me, answering questions and appeared to be ready to give me their time and attention without any distractions. Dr. Song gives me a high level of confidence in him.
My experience has been good. There was some confusion with scheduling and insurance in the start but it got worked out. The procedure went well and two weeks later I am feeling great.
I am beyond grateful for Dr. Song and the Advanced Neurosurgery staff. I lived with severe torture for almost a year until they reviewed my MRI and determined I needed emergency surgery. I am now on the path to regain my active, pain free lifestyle. I am so thankful for each and every person who assisted me on this journey, from Jenny to Dr. Song, everyone was wonderful.
The treatment and surgery was excellent, Dr.Song's reputation as top surgeon is confirmed. Alyssa is an excellent PA, staff is friendly.
I am very greatful to the doctor and staff. A lot of my symptoms have improved I am able to sleep at least 8 hours now than before cause the pain would not allow me to get more than 4-5 hours before the surgery. Thank you and god bless.

Dr. Song and his PA's are were all vert thorough and professional. I am very pleased with my surgery and the recovering time.
I started seeing Dr. Cole, who has left the area. I am now seeing the PA's, which has been very good.
Dr. Song was extremely caring and understanding, he explained what needed to be done and was thorough in his exam. His bedside manner was exempliary for myself and my family. I would recommend Dr.Song to anyone and have already done so.
